Refund Policy
Refunds are available only in cases where a verified technical issue prevented the service from functioning as described.
When refunds are issued
You are eligible for a refund if:
- A technical fault on our side caused the service to not work (e.g. digests were never delivered, the extension failed to save links due to a bug we introduced).
- You were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge or a billing system mistake).
General dissatisfaction, change of mind, or unused subscription time are not grounds for a refund.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@privatenewsletter.cc with the subject line "Refund request". Please include your account email and a description of the technical issue. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation alone does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining period.
